If you can’t find any street parties like the majority of the country, then why not head down to watch it in the Jewellery Quarter with some great booze and great food! Here are all the places showing the Royal Wedding this weekend…
Red lion
The Red Lion is a is a traditional pub, rich in both local heritage and modern art, located in the centre of the Jewellery Quarter on Warstone Lane. They were regional runners-up in the Observer Food Awards 2013 – 2017 for best Sunday Lunch. This Saturday they will be showing the Royal Wedding on their many screens in a relaxed and stylish environment.
Button Factory
The Button Factory is also a great place to visit, especially if it’s sunny outside, as they have a pretty phenomenal roof-top terrace as well as some delightful food. There is a welcoming vibe from a coffee in the morning to a bottomless brunch on the weekend and late night dinners with cocktails. So, why not get there early, watch the wedding and stay for a meal on the night, make a day of it!
Rose Villa Tavern
The Rose Villa Tavern is an impressive public house located in a grade II listed building serving classic American style food, as well as handcrafted cocktails for everyone to enjoy. Strilings
Stirlings is one of the Jewellery Quarters finest venues, located in the heart of Birmingham against the backdrop of St Pauls Square. As with The Rose Villa Tavern, Stirlings is set within an impressive Grade II listed Victorian building, occupying three floors as well as having an outside terrace. This weekend, Stirlings will be showing the Royal Wedding in their impressive venue and you can also enjoy 10% off food and drink here with the JQ Card!
