Shakatak are returning to Birmingham for a special set of their classic 80s hits at the Quarter’s own, The Jam House.

The British jazz-funk stars are set to play at The Jam House on Thursday 19th February, returning to the venue following their visit the previous year.

Shakatak reached the Top 10 on the charts in 1984 with their songs Night Birds and Down On The Street.
Other singles that saw a chance of reaching the Top 10 were Easier Said Than Done, that went to number 12, in 81, and Dark Is The Night which hit 15, in 83.
