The Progress Choir has returned for 2014

Progress Music Academy’s new Choir is back for a new term in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter and runs weekly on Thursday Evenings from 7pm.

Due to the success of the Vocal lessons and workshops at the now well-regarded Progress Music Academy, Vocal Tutor Emily Tully has high hopes for the new Choir sessions. “It’s a really great social activity! No prior experience is needed and it’s a fantastic way to meet people, let off some steam and benefit from some, inexpensive musical tuition along the way!”

After the initial yearlong building renovation project, Progress is now well established in the Jewellery Quarter and their sponsorship support from guitar Amplification giants Marshall Amplification is ever growing. Coupled with their regular student showcase events, kids Summer School and an extremely busy one to one tuition service, six days a week, they have also just become an official Trinity examination centre and are going from strength to strength.

The Progress Choir is another addition to the long list of schemes, events and activities that Progress offer in the Jewellery Quarter and across Birmingham, so go along and try something new, meet some friends and sing your heart out!
