Polish photographer, Barbara Gibson, famous for her work all over the world has focused her lens on our Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter!

Gibson shot a series of black and white images, capturing quite an interesting view of the Quarter & city, which is named Streets of my City (SOMC).

The 43 year old photographer and fellow photographer, Marta Kochanek, 34, have had a studio in the Quarter since May 2014 and fallen in love with the area.

Barbara previously photographed her home town Warsaw, Poland and London, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Mexico, Bolivia, Guatemala and the Caribbean Islands.

Barbara’s photos of the Jewellery Quarter has captured it in its essence of being Birmingham’s gem.
The Jewellers Arms, Chamberlain Clock and The Lord Clifden are amongst the sights featured in the shots.
