Work has begun on the Golden Square

Golden Square works begin 

Work has begun on the Golden Square in the Jewellery Quarter. Situated next to the Big Peg, the planned development will offer a fresh of breath air to the Quarter, taking place as the cornerstone of the City Council’s “Big City Plan” programme that will offer local residents and businesses space for events, exhibitions and much more.

Work began last year when trees were taken out of the area to make way for the plans to go ahead and as of late January workers have began moving more figures out of the area.
