Temple Gym is perhaps one of the most famous, hardcore gyms known throughout the world. It was brought to recognition by six times Mr Olympia, Dorian Yates. Temple Gym was the successful training base for Dorian’s victories. Temple Gym started life in the early sixties as a martial arts centre. Back then it developed a unique atmosphere conductive to super-intense training.

Now, Temple Gym boasts a full range of cardio equipment and dumbbells, including apparatus for both beginners and pro-athletes, to cater for all kinds of training from a light workout to high intensity training.
