The Museum of the Jewellery Quarter offers a unique experience in an old factory by following the foot steps of the Jeweller’s Smith & Pepper in the late 20th century.
What once was a factory, is now a remarkable museum and perfectly preserved workshop that shows the story of the famous Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham and its jewellery an metalworking heritage.
Experience the journey by taking a lively guided tour and watch live demonstrations of traditional skills at the jeweller’s bench.
Two self-led galleries – the ‘Story of the Jewellery Quarter’ and ‘Earth’s Riches’ – offer more information about the Jewellery Quarter area and show jewellery made from natural materials from across the world.
