The Things We Forget To Change As Part of Birmingham Fest
Ronnie doesn’t know how she got there. But she’s in hospital. And someone is here to see her, someone she hasn’t seen for a very long time. The Things We Forget To Change is a claustrophobic exploration of guilt, coercion, and the slow suffocation of control.
The WriterRhia Burston is a Manchester-born, working-class award-winning writer and actor. Rhia’s work centres on stories that are too often silenced, bringing light in dark places. Her previous play, Woebegone, was staged at Theatre 503, receiving critical acclaim and winning Producer’s Choice Award with 4WheelDrive. The Director Eilidh Evans is a director and dramaturg from Birmingham, she enjoys work that explores socio-political issues and its impact on individuals. Selected credits include .
