Mindful Artistry: A Charity Art Show

Whether it’s through representing the world around us, creating a unique reality, or pushing the boundaries of what is considered correct; art encourages the exploration of expression. It brings forth an experience that may otherwise go unseen, a safe haven to explore your mind, a way to wander through wanderlust without getting lost.With the help of Birmingham MIND’s award-winning fundraiser, Kerrie Henry Edge, and Mosaic’s fabulous Lauren Willis, I’m working to curate Mindful Artistry – a Charity Art Show held at The Button Factory in The Yard (25 Frederick St, Birmingham B1 3HH) on the 19th Sept 2024 from 18:30 – 21:30.Tickets will be released very soon, but in the meantime, there’s still time to submit work for consideration!Event Highlights Catalogue Showcase: Thanks to Simon from Colour Cubed, who is producing a catalogue to feature the artists and their work. Amazing Venue: Lauren Willis from Mosaic is gifting The Button Factory Yard space for the evening, equipped with outdoor heaters and a retractable roof for a cosy and fun atmosphere. Live Mural: Experience Conor James, a talented illustrator, creating a live wall mural throughout the evening!
