St Paul’s Place in the Jewellery Quarter had two remaining apartments left in the complex.

The apartments were proving popular amongst professionals that operate within the district, young couples and even single buyers, each attracted by the interior of the apartments.

Apartments waiting for occupancy were both two-bedroom at a starting price of £245,000.
Knight Frank’s sales manager Stuart Eustace, the agent responsible for selling St Paul’s Place, commented on the district: “Over the past decade, the Jewellery Quarter has earned a reputation as a highly desirable place to live in Birmingham.

It’s village-like feel, the large selection of bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as its boutique shops, all point to why it tops many people’s lists of where they would choose to live in the city centre.

The location and open-plan living have been a big draw for people.

St Paul’s Place’s apartments exude fine living, contemporary bathrooms and designer kitchens are just a couple of the aspects of these aesthetically pleasing fixtures.
Each of the homes offers use of the landscaped central courtyard, an allocated parking space, along with a twenty-four hour concierge service.

As a result of the immense success of St Paul’s Place, the developers of the project, Chord Investments, announced a prospective new project by the name of St Paul’s Chambers is to be launched in the new year.

It is to be located in the Quarter on Caroline Street and will be in the second phase of Sterling House, a former development from Chord, and will see twelve lost

Managing director of Chord Investments, Chris Rosier, said: “St Paul’s Chambers will deliver spacious, high-quality apartments, addressing the current under-supply of desirable new-build homes for owner occupiers in the city centre.

We’ve already received interest from people registering for information on it.
